You will receive your official stamped Certificate by email. Should you wish to receive it by Whatsapp please inform us at the time of booking and this can be arranged.
If you test positive, you will not be allowed to travel yet. If planning to leave Namibia, you will have to self-quarantine for ten days from the date of your positive test. Allow at least 14 days before you take another test, because your result may remain positive for several weeks. Phone us to arrange a repeat test as soon as you have a new travel date.
No, you will have to take a new test with us. We can only provide confirmation of a negative result for a test that we have carried out ourselves.
Yes, we do test children. Please note, children under the age of 18 must be under the supervision of a parent or guardian when tested.
Many countries have different requirements when it comes to testing children for COVID-19, and the age limit differs from country to country. Please check the requirements of your destination country(ies).
Unfortunately not, but you can check with your travel insurer if they will reimburse you for the costs of a COVID-19 test for travel purposes.
There is no standard validity period as it varies from one country to the next. Check the rules of validity for your destination country(ies) – remember to include transit time!

Your destination country(ies) and the country(ies) through which you will be transiting have specific COVID-19 testing requirements. These requirements change regularly. It is your responsibility to check the testing requirements that you must meet, you can do so with:

  • Your travel agent
  • IATA Travel Centre – you can click on a country to see their latest entry requirements.
  • Countries’ official websites, and
  • Your airline website. Some airlines have their own different requirements.
